Policies

Your appointment time is reserved for you. I understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy helps me manage my schedule and offer availability to other clients.
